spiritual Theta band
Sacred Connection
4 Hz beat · 963 Hz carrier · 5 phases · 45 min · advanced
Forty-five minutes, five phases, and the highest carrier in the catalogue. The most openly traditional programme of the fifteen.
The beat and carrier in the heading are the main phase — the part of the session it was built around. They are not what plays for the whole length. Every programme here opens in the alpha band, wherever it is going afterwards, and most come back up before they finish. The full phase plan is on this page, and it is the honest picture of what you would actually hear.
Hear it
Thirty seconds rendered at the parameters of the phase named above — not an excerpt cut from a finished file, because sessions are built to order and yours does not exist yet. The figures the player draws are computed from the audio or from plate mathematics; none of them is a measurement of your hearing.
What this actually is
Four hertz at the theta floor, the same rate as the pain-management session but carried nearly six times higher. The carrier is what makes these two feel nothing like each other despite sharing a beat.
Theta runs from four to eight hertz. It is the band most of this catalogue sits in, and the one where the published literature is least thin — the reviewed trials on procedural anxiety cluster here.
The full phase plan
Five phases across forty-five minutes, and the carrier travels further than in any other programme — from 396 up through 528 to 963 at the centre, then down through 432 to 256 to finish. The beat descends from ten to four and returns. It is the widest pitch journey in the catalogue by a distance.

Where the 963 Hz carrier comes from
Solfeggio. The highest tone of the extended set, associated in the tradition with return and with completion.
A twentieth-century assignment, like the rest of the set. It is published here as cultural context, which is what it is.
The carrier is the pitch you actually hear. The binaural difference — the part that makes this a structured session rather than a tone — lives between the two channels and is set by the beat, not by the carrier. Choosing one carrier over another is a tonal choice, the way picking a key is a tonal choice. It is not a functional one.
What this does not claim
This one is offered as what it is: a piece of contemporary spiritual practice, built on a tone from a twentieth-century tradition. It is not a claim about the world, it comes from no lineage and speaks for none, and it belongs to no faith that has endorsed it. If the frame is not yours, this is simply a long, high, slow session and there is no hidden argument in it.
Who it is for
A practice that already has a place for something like this. Bought outside that frame, the theta gateway session is the same shape without the framing.
Nothing here is for sale yet. These are the starting points a session can be built from, published so you can see the whole range before anything is priced.
